Weight

It’s one of those taboo topics. But I thought I might as well face my demons. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a wee girl. I had a pretty horrific bereavement and dealt with it through comfort eating. I’ve lost three stone, put it back on, lost it again and now I’m at my heaviest.

It’s pretty fucking miserable. Considering I’m only 4’11 my maximum weight should be 8st 12. Ha. My left leg wouldn’t even fit into a size 6/8 if that was the case.

I tried the gym and just couldn’t be bothered to pick myself up and go at least twice a week.

I’m thinking of maybe just starting jogging and tracking what I eat - cutting out much of the junk food during the week and having some during weekends. 

I’m off on holiday(s) in about 4 months and I seriously need to shift 3 stone before I get mistaken for a beach whale and have a sea of people running up to me with buckets of water being thrown.
