Paddy’s Day

Happy Paddy’s Day to my Irish pals. Hope you have a lovely day drinking Guiness and dancing around a pot o’ gold.

So, me and my friends went out last night in Manchester and got fully ripped off with entrance to a club we thought had 50% off drinks. Thanks promoter, thought we were in for a real treat - however, we soon found out the offer expired 30 minutes beforehand and the pricing of a double vodka and coke was £8.90! Yes, £8.90 in the North of England. This isn’t London guys, and yet we were succumbed to the fact there was extortionate prices and extortionate prices alone.

We soon left for the bar across the road with £2.50 double vodka and mixer - right up my street and definitely student friendly. It’s safe to say we had a good time.
